Can some tell me how I can chart out a plan for myself. I am a bit confused

you will have to plan a particular diet chart... cutting down on oily and fried stuff... but you should keep in mind that you have proper intake of carbs do not cut down on that... also for vitamins and minerals I would suggest you of having fresh fruit instead of fruit juices which most of the time have concentrated sugar in them. Next pick up a workout plan given in the homepage list that is good for beginners and strictly follow it till 2 to 3 weeks... after that you can shift to something more hardcore... All the best to...
