Weight Loss with bad knees

I'm looking for a program on here that will allow me to start a weight loss regimen, but will also not kill my knees by set 2. Any suggestions?

ive got bad knees too, its hard to do what you want with bad knees 😟 i have an elliptical at home i use for cardio, running and jumping around for cardio exercises is bad for the knees! but bikes and ellipticals will strengthen the muscle around your knees so its good. squats, bulgarian splits, and other such exercises can be very bad if done incorrectly! i do them all the time and some days if my form isnt exact and ill know it the next day when my knees kill me. proper shoes and arch support are also very...

There are many exercises you can perform that are low impact on your knees. I would suggest trying Pilates based training first. That exercise is gentle yet effective at improving muscle tone with little impact on joints. To get the benefits of cardio try :rowing, swimming , cycling . Always get clearance from your Dr. before starting an exercise program. If you need any tips please feel free to message me.

Check out swimming? You could swim laps with a float between your legs possibly.

Maybe some boxing bag work as well?

Possibly some excercises you can do sitting down? Like ball excercises?

I would be careful not to strain other areas while protecting your knees though
