I did the a couple years back and it worked so here I am again.
NO chocolate
NO junkfood
NO pork
Make sure to portion size your food
Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Exercise for 45 mins a day
Do this for a month or two and SEE RESULTS!
Also, PLEASE don't deprive yourself!
If you feel like you need/want a cookie/pie,etc, go ahead! Just remember to do better next time and work it off 😉

Currently not much due to work right now.
I use to do HIIT training, intervals and weight training.
I don't have weights anymore so probably just HIIT core and body for now.

HiiT / INTERVALS are also my favorite, mainly because I can get a very effective and efficient workout in less time. I mostly do my HiiT workouts with bodyweight exercises like burpees pushups Lunges and a jump rope. Simple yet effective. 10 to 15 minutes a couple times a week. Let me know if you need anything. I dread pushups! How do I have better form and not get so tired of doing them after three? 😩😂
