Since i started making workouts i gained weight. Why? Is it even normal?...

Yeaaa its normal bcoz when fat starting to burn...then its going loose n havier ...

You might have gained muscle mass, muscle is heavier than fat, quite normal to gain a few lbs and lose inches.

Keep an eye on your waist line not the scale!! Who cares what the scale says if your favorite pants fit and look good!

Tnx,when i posted it i was so fcking scared and i couldn.t even tought about gaining muscle. Thank you a lot! If you have any advices about meals and stuff please let me know!:3

Hmmm . . . That is very odd. This sounds weird but if you are on your time of the month your naturally going to gain weight. Also watch your diet. Hope this helps

You probably added some muscle. When I lost my 65 pounds... I gained weight first also.
