I've lost 25lbs so far with only 30 days left! I'm so excited about it! You gotta hear about this!!!!!

My routine changes every two weeks to a month. Always keep my body guessing for progression to try and avoid plateauing. The challenge I'm doing is more of a diet instead of a workout challenge.

Great job! Feels amazing, doesn't it? I still surprise myself whenever I see myself in photos and compare them to older ones. Feels good to know we've come so far :)
