Suggestions from my photos?

I had my 2nd baby boy and now that I'm not nursing anymore I'm ready to lose the weight. By looking at my photos, what would you say I need to do? How often?
Before my second pregnancy I was 127lbs & 5'7. Now I'm 165lbs. I'm 28 years old.

I think the best thing to do would be to get on a workout program. It will lay out a different workout everyday, just pop in a DVD everyday and we will have you back to goal weight in no time :) Thats what worked for me! I did P90x

I suck at doing planks! But I'm still trying to get better at them.
