Suggestions from my photos?

I had my 2nd baby boy and now that I'm not nursing anymore I'm ready to lose the weight. By looking at my photos, what would you say I need to do? How often?

Before my second pregnancy I was 127lbs & 5'7. Now I'm 165lbs. I'm 28 years old.

Ok do plank work outs to start your inner muscles then work yourself out...

Active your heart rate fast and keep it like that as long as you can.. but don't exceed too...

Hey Erin!

I think the best thing to do would be to get on a workout program. It will lay out a different workout everyday, just pop in a DVD everyday and we will have you back to goal weight in no time :) Thats what worked for me! I did P90x

What do you suggest I do? I've just been picking out workouts from this app.

I suck at doing planks! But I'm still trying to get better at them.
