Paleo, primal or atkins?

Just want ur take on these diets...having a discussion with my co workers over these..

I am doing the Atkins diet.... I like it and it works. I recently heard of the Paleo and don't know about the other.

Yeah i got the Atkins book and I like how they also have the recipe book with 200 calories and on their website forums to help along the process.

I like paleo. U feel a little sluggish the first day or so but after u feel really good. When i stick with it i can drop weight pretty fast. I just lovr pizza n cookies though

I seen all ur post but i see u look good..but we need to have a good diet..or a life change in eating good things that will help our body.
