I have belly fat , it is just their . It never seems to go away . I can be 130 lbs I can be 138 lbs I've had it pretty much my entire life I guess you could call it love handles but it's more just in the front . I work out on a treadmil often
So my question is should I do up hill walking at a good pace or run flat on it ? To reduce it ( I know it will never fully go away lol . Ive had it since I can remember and at ANY size I've been . )ideas please

Do core exercises ....like planks, for example, to tighten your tummy. Also, some good ab workouts like "autumn abs" will help

I could give you weight loss tips, but the first thing I would recommend is changing your mindset. Go back and read what you wrote. You are already telling yourself that it is impossible. Everything is possible if you succeed in doing it with your mind first.
