Hey. I m 78 of weight. I warkout at about 8 pm before dinner.
I wanted to ask whether I should take pre workout supplements or post workout?

Take before and after for best results i find a good pre workout drink like BSN no explode is good along side a good creatine. And for after creatine again and a recovery drink as its full of amino acids. Hope this helps
