Hey! Just curious of everyones fitness goals. What type of diet are you doing to reach them?

I am so not good at this dieting thing I love food but need to lose weight any suggestions

I'm doing a weight loss challenge. I can still eat what I want. In moderation though. I'm getting results and proud of it lol :-)

I went from a size 20 to a size 14 (and dropping) in 3 months by tracking everything I eat and every calorie I burn. I snack on a lot of veggies and fruit and make meal plans in advance. I also got smaller plates and measure certain food items to make sure I stay in check. Its helped a lot. My overall goal is to be pin up photo ready in 6 months by dropping another 60lbs.
