Tryin to b healthy and never know what to eat. Any healthy but yummy ideas? Xx

Trail mix, fruit. Greek yogurt. Granola bars. Anything low fat or fat free. White meat. Red mean such as steak for building muscle mass but high in calories. Good luck! :)

Just be careful with granola bars, they hold a, very high sugar and carb content

V Indians eat loads of fats n carbs in d form of rice, roti(wheat) n loads of oil n v burn less.
