I have no idea what to thibk anymore my weight loss has stalled ive kicked up my workouts no soda ect but I'm so confuesed because one person says low carb it youll be fine the other says just count ur cals ull be ok than I here go vegan or juice it what has and does work for u guys!???

I drank are least 70 ounces of water per day. Most of which i drank during the workday, and lots of running/cardio. Almost too much.

Got my weight down to 150, at the time.
