Need to loose 15 lbs.
I'd like to tone my stomach & chin area. I'm a stay @ home mom & stay pretty active with my 1 & 1/2 year old but just can't seem to loose this 15 lbs. I've cut sweets out & lost 10 of the original 25 lbs i want to loose but know i'm at a stand still!! Ready to make a change fast!
Try eating less sodium along with less sweets, should help you lose the weight quicker
