How much cardio is enough cardio

Hey everyone, started hittin up the gym getting ready for vaca/summer season. Wanted to know how much cardio is enough to just drop a few pounds but not too much. Does more cardio equal more weight loss? What are the best methods for cardio?

30-60 minutes, don't overdo it though. If you have a hard time doing 30 minutes, try 15 minutes and work your way up. Just keep moving and drinking water.
