Cut back on salt which may be very hard to do. Learn to taste food for their real flavors and if it didnt grow out of the ground or have a mother dont eat it.

Be carefull of the sit ups and crunches. I know this sounds counter intuitive but doing just those to much could give you the illusion of having a tummy. You probably have great ab muscles already but you have to work all of the muscles in your core. Leg lowers, push ups, planks, or side cunches should also be added to work all those muscles. So you get the nice sleek look your looking for. Awesome job on the running btw.
