Exercising to gain muscle? Your boobs will get perky. They may get slightly smaller as you tone, but not a whole cup size. Exercising to lose weight? You'll lose your boobs. Anywhere from a little bit to a cup size, depending on your dieting and how much weight you're losing. Boobs are wonderful sacks of fat. Your body will burn boob fat just like any other fat you have stored. If you do some push ups and other chest exercises, you won't lose too much of your boobies. I lost 24lbs and stayed my cup size, but my bras did...
