Hey everyone, I am trying to lose at least 20 lbs or more by April 12 (my 5 yr wedding anniversary and need a push, a routine to do, etc... I just to get motivated and started. Please help!!!

Hello Chevonda and welcome back! FIrst of all, congratulations on being married for 5 years! That is simply beautiful! YOU GO GIRL!
