After Thanksgiving and Christmas, I had a few unwanted pounds. I went from 226 to 204 in three months. My current goal is to change my four pack into a six pack. I am looking for five motivated people who want to www.90daypersonalmastery.com Are you ready for the challenge?

My dad has a BMW and my parents won't let me but still I will do it the old fashioned way by going to the gym

Hey Sharon, I have a gym at my apartment complex, and I have been motivated again for the last month, but it really is 80% diet. I found out about the challenge from a good friend who's mom has now lost over 100 pounds. When I asked her how much she worked out, she said she didn't. She used the transformation kit, two shakes a day and whatever she wanted for dinner (and it works even better when you eat healthy and work out.) Check out the videos for yourself and see how easy it is.
