Planks!!! Planks, planks, and more planks! Planks work all of your abs and give you a great workout in a short amount of time! Crunches don't do as much for you, but still do a variety of them. Try to hold a plank for at least a minute and do several every single day. Aim for at least 5 minutes of planking everday and you should see results within months. Also, make sure you are eating balanced, healthy food throughout the day! You'll learn to love your planks one day even if they hurt today I promise. Hope this helped!
