Tuna has a lot of Mercury, so you should only eat it once every four days. Try salmon, chicken, turkey, or eggs. Also, eat plenty of whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, etc...). But, overall, fruits and vegetables are the best. I buy frozen vegetables and rice; it is a really quick and healthy meal option. Fruit is also a really easy snack. I read that drinking coffee before a meal can reduce your hunger up to 35%, too. Make sure that you keep your meals small and have them frequently (five small meals per day is a good starting point). If you eat dairy, stick to low fat. Be creative so that you will not get bored!

Can you tell really good wieght loss healthy foods. Also want to ask if tuna is a good source of protein and if it is a good Healthy meal

If ur looking to gain muscle, tuna is one of the best protein to eat on the market. But in small amounts only! No extra carbs...I mix it with mustard only no mayo!
