I eat healthy but since I don't eat meat I always snack on bread! I think it is preventing my weight loss! I have a goal of losing 10-15 lbs by summer. I weigh about 141. But I have health problems that keep me from intense workouts. Ugh! Just needed to vent.

I really like carbs too...bread, cakes, etc. but it makes me fat, it's also a precursor to diabetes because it all turns to sugar inside of you :-(. Since u can't exercise hard, u have to give up the bread to achieve ur goals. Look for healthier alternatives....bread substitutes. Or fill yourself up on water fruits and veggies so you won't think about snacking. Short term sacrifice for long term happiness. No pain no gain!

I am in the same boat! Bread dipped in olive oil-too good to resist! Lol

Bread is starch and stach is all carbs ! I love bread too but maybe try cutting down and only having it once a week and only a slice or two . It's deff. A reason why your not loosing weight
