I eat healthy but since I don't eat meat I always snack on bread! I think it is preventing my weight loss! I have a goal of losing 10-15 lbs by summer. I weigh about 141. But I have health problems that keep me from intense workouts. Ugh! Just needed to vent.

I am in the same boat! Bread dipped in olive oil-too good to resist! Lol

Bread is starch and stach is all carbs ! I love bread too but maybe try cutting down and only having it once a week and only a slice or two . It's deff. A reason why your not loosing weight
