Thin but want to tone and lose at least 5 kilos. I want to become my go weight

I am 22 and I am 167 cm tall. I run 5 k every second day. I will soon run 8 k a day. I also work out my Abs on this app. I eat healthy diet or no whites. And small amount of sugar. I weight at 55 kilos. I want to get down to At leAst 50 kilos. Any ideas how to lose this all. Thanks :)

You already seem to be doing so many right things. I'd just keep going, make sure you eat right and push yourself hard during workouts.

Hi, perhaps adding a strength training workout a couple days a week might help.
