I'm trying to lose over 30 lbs by the time summer rolls around. Support group for others trying to do the same. Tips and other motivation to healthy weight loss !

I had a baby 8 months ago and i was actually in a good weight. Haven't weighed myself lately :/ but i know I've gained around 30 lbs since then. Need some motivation to loose them by summer!!!! :)

I followed you back too! Just don't over do it on the first day. It's more consistentcy. Do you want to be workout buddies? We work out the same day together. As long we are doing something each day. Watcha say?

Im 180 now, was in really great shape until I had my daughter, she will be one next month and I haven't lost all the weight, I wanna be 135.

U guys sound motivated!!! Keep up the good work!! I'm trying to lose 50 total but trying to get drop 20 lbs by summer. I figure I'll stay motivated if I set small goals because I like instant results which will keep me motivated!! Here's to an awesome summer body :)

Anywhere from 30-35 pounds . I'm about 162 right now and want to be at least 140 by summer but I'm really trying for 130! What about you?

I think the hardest thing with weight loss is us being impatient. I know that when I'm working out and don't see results as quick as I want to, my motivation starts to decrease "/

I'm 180 trying to get to 135, no motivation have been unemployed for ovr a yr.  Hubby no help we eat totaly different food.  Gotta keep trying.

I'm soooo sorry to hear about that! Hopefully losing this weight can give you more confidence and make life better for you. Maybe you and your husband can compromise on what you eat so you guys can work together. I'm sure knowing how much this means to you would make him become more supportive :)

I am not exactly trying to lose weight, just tone up. Like I really wanna a flat stomach so I have been working out and plan to everyday (or almost) until summer. I am on day 6 :)

I am at 160 and i am trying to get dowb to 125. But my first goal is to lose 20 lbs. Then i will go from there.

Yeah my diet goals are to not have sweets or drink anything sweet and not have a lot of carbs
