I tried a Tea Bo workout last week. WOW did 10 min. And legs have been sore for 3 days. I think im gonna try it again. Good workout

Update: I have lost about 20 pounds so far. Thats halfway to my goal. Just eatting better healthier meals like i said before and exercising. :) iam really proud of what i have done.

Look up fat sick and nearly dead. It's a program on Netflix. I did the 15 day juice fast which contains all the calories you need however it is packed with nutrients to reboot your body and metabolism and I lost 25 lbs in 15 days. Kept it off and feel amazing. I'm continuing to drink juice daily but do 3 day cleansings at least once a month and it just keeps falling off. Just push through the first 3 days and don't cheat. You will not regret it.

Not sure how much of this would work for anyone really doing sports and regular strenuous workouts.

Lost the weight but had health issues and gained it double! I was down to 136 and am 185 pounds after a year of health issues. I had kept the weighh off for 3 yrs. Last time i gained i was 160. Just trying to get down 25 pounds to get to 160 now then in 5 months another 20. My goal is 140. Ultimately get to 130. Need encouragement badly.

you did it before, had a tough year, but you can do it again. you now know your own tendencies even better, and are better prepared to know how to change your habits, so it's all progress, in a way, even when we feel like we've gone backwards

I definitely wanna lose about 35lbs. I love junk food, rice, and pasta. So I'm trying to figure out how to replace it with veggies to lose some weight. Anybody else out there like this?

Im tryin to lose 70 to 80 pounds. Ive lost alot already but still have 70-80 to go.
