62 since last summer. A combo of detox fasting, Atkins dieting, and walking up hills, Jillian Michaels, running , HIIT training, and a whole lotta sweat lol. Just have 16 more to go . I pretty much changed up my routine every two months, or when I got bored
Dont forget weight is only 1 of many ways to track progress. Sadly its not accurate, muscle weighs more than fat. So take measurements this will give a better pic of progress. You can also get an electric charge scale, these measure muscle,water,fat & weight. The cheaper ones aren't completely accurate but it will give you a good idea of where your at I got a decent one @ Kmart fir $25 it came with detailed instructions. Check reviews online b4 purchase.
