great job!!! keep up the work! doesn't it feel amazing? I'm working on losing it. not to sure how much I've lost. I do 20 mins of elliptical and 20 mins of jogging on the treadmill a day. And 20 of cardio and strength training.

15 pounds I have no idea I just didn't concentrate on the weight just ate regular and kick boxes on Monday and Zumba on Friday

62 since last summer. A combo of detox fasting, Atkins dieting, and walking up hills, Jillian Michaels, running , HIIT training, and a whole lotta sweat lol. Just have 16 more to go . I pretty much changed up my routine every two months, or when I got bored

Keep it up Shelly. Seems I lost it in no time because I hid the scale from myself. Once I stopped stepping on the scale every day and worrying about day by day progress, the pounds dropped. So keep your eyes on the horizon where your goal is instead of how far you have to go between there and here and you'll be there in no time. Good luck and know that I'm backing you up. You have my faith and support.

Dont forget weight is only 1 of many ways to track progress. Sadly its not accurate, muscle weighs more than fat. So take measurements this will give a better pic of progress. You can also get an electric charge scale, these measure muscle,water,fat & weight. The cheaper ones aren't completely accurate but it will give you a good idea of where your at I got a decent one @ Kmart fir $25 it came with detailed instructions. Check reviews online b4 purchase. Train Hard Fight Smart. KGS

True, gotta make sure your body fat percentage is at a healthy level guys. Healthometer makes good body fat scales, I have one :-)

I do lots a jumping jacks squats sit-ups and I do Zumba about to do just dance burns lots of calories and really fun

I use the HCG drops you can get them from Walmart and I exercise 2 times a day! It's that  easy! My step son said his friend used them and lost a lot of weigh and I figured I didn't have anything else to lose so I started it and I'm already losing weight!

Thanks I'm up for trying anything to get this weight off. Been taking 7- keto and watching what I eat and doing these exercises and power walking for an hour hard core power walking .so thanks ill try.

The drops are about $20 at Walmart and you take 1 ml before 2 main meals and just keep your daily exercise routine you should see results fast!
