You can try a diuretic a few days before the party. In the mean time drink lots of water, and avoid salty foods. Women tend to carry more water weight, even up to 10 extra pounds of it. This well help you look less puffy and more toned.
It's damn near impossible to actually lose these pounds in a week. It's also not healthy.
