Workouts for Back Fat???

Can someone who's had success please let me know a good home and gym work out to get rid of back fat (AKA rolls)? Thanx!

Hi Kelli - Stick to cardio and core excercises. These will burn fat and you will notice a difference in "back fat". Try "Drill Sergeant Mom" and similair workouts.

Also try olympic circuit challenge and fat burner deluxe. These two are burners.

Theres an app. NTC. They have back definer and back shaper workouts but remember cardio mainly to burn it. Good luck.

If you have a wii gaming system, purchase Golds Gym Cardio Workout, in two weeks you'll feel a difference   Play the game and workout the back fat at the same time, at least 3x a week.
