I just start with this yesterday and my birthday is in twenty days, so I will do a lot of exercise, I want to see beautiful that day :-) I'm 14 years old and I weight 53 kg and I do just abs exercise :-) so I will like to find a person that like to make the same exercises, to make it "together"

Believe me girl u way 2 young to worry about that bullshit. R u fucking kidding. Go and be a kid. Ur weight is fine, if u wanna loos 10 kgs in a month u might as well have anorexia. U need 2 loose weight in a healthy way and that takes time dude. Relax

16 and 58 due to depression and started gaining weight  so I want to lose that. I mostly do Abbs but really anything.

I'm 15 and 64kg. I am tall, well-trained, with muscles and strong legs. I love my body but I want to lose weight in my tommy so I do abs mostly. However I enjoy more the Full-Body workouts.

Well, I'm 35, 90Kg and do any  exercise, but Squats, push ups and TRX
Wanna reduce 1% body fat

Targeting 9%, 89,3kg

I'm 19 and my 20th bday is in 2 months and I weigh 154lbs, my target weight is 120lbs and I just started with the slim n trim work out so goodluck!

When you are that young you really shouldn't be trying to loose weight because your body needs it to grow. It will even itself out don't mess with it you will turn out killer!

I'm 21 and weigh 170 lbs. I do different areas each day pretty much. I start each days workout with 30 minutes of jogging. I also finish each day with 15 minutes in a sauna or steam room and a shower. Drink lots of water throughout the day.

Mondays: back and biceps
Tuesdays: cardio and core (mostly cardio)
Wednesdays: chest and triceps
Thursdays: cardio and core (mostly core)
Fridays: legs and shoulders
Saturdays & Sundays: rest days

Repeat.

30 years old,1'65 height and weight 60kg .Going to the gym 6 days a week ..doing Zumba ,abs,fit bike...and after that spa!!!!

That's really good. Give your muscles a break tho every other day. They need to recover at some point, right?
