I just start with this yesterday and my birthday is in twenty days, so I will do a lot of exercise, I want to see beautiful that day :-) I'm 14 years old and I weight 53 kg and I do just abs exercise :-) so I will like to find a person that like to make the same exercises, to make it "together"

I'm 21 and weigh 170 lbs. I do different areas each day pretty much. I start each days workout with 30 minutes of jogging. I also finish each day with 15 minutes in a sauna or steam room and a shower. Drink lots of water throughout the day.
Mondays: back and biceps
Tuesdays: cardio and core (mostly cardio)
Wednesdays: chest and triceps
Thursdays: cardio and core (mostly core)
Fridays: legs and shoulders
Saturdays & Sundays: rest days
