School and working out
So I have school 5 times a week 6:50 to 1:50 and i have gym 3 days a week. I was wandering what is a good workout schedule i can do during the week so I don't get sore or how to get rid of it. Also I've been doing indoor soccer and have spring soccer in April, what are good workouts to prepare for it.
with what you are doing already sounds fne because at my school its huge, its like apartment buildings so it has a lot of stairs and i pretty much count my exercise as walking around the school and up and down the stairs for classes.
