Hi, I'm 13 female and lately I've realised my stamina and speed have gone down, i also want a toned hard stomach before August... PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!! thanks :)

You need to take care of small things like do not drink water immediately after having your meals. Drink it after sometime. There are many small asans in yoga that will help you to achieve the desired results.

Take a look at your daily habits: activity levels, time of the month (it can greaty effect energy levels and mood) amount of junk food, sugars and artificial colours you're taking in and getting enough vitamins (the B vitamins are so important at your age!) if nothing had changed that may be causing your changes lately you should speak to your doctor. Linzi.. I have a good workout.. Not only will it help your cardio.. But it will also help your abdominals as well.. Check out my created workout called "the day after". I use this in between workout days.. It helps me keep motivated. And it also keeps me fit..

I'm  13. Run two miles every two days and on rest days do 500 jumping jacks, 5 min of plank, 100 squats, and 100 squats. Eat a little sweets not much. Take breaks 30 seconds after you feel tired. If you keep doing that you will be skinny. Eat healthy with one treat a day. I ate Dublin donut.
