Hey there im 15 , I am trying to lose weight :) I need some advice how to lose weight . I have been doing running skipping and push ups . But nothing seems different in my looks. And losing all my stamina too . Hope you could help me :) Thanks

Not sure what you mean by skipping..but if you wanna loose weight, running is a good way to go. Tie in some ab workouts as well on the days you don't run. Plus if you want to loose weight it is really important to drink lots of water, watch what you eat and eat healthy. (: good luck!
