Ideal weight?

I'm 12 almost 13, 5 foot 5, and weigh 130. Some people have said that's a good weight for my height, but I think I need to lose a few pounds. What would be an ideal weight for me? I say 110/115.

For your height it is good because u dont want to be too skinny or u will have some problems in the future.

Yea Armsn is right 110-115 is for a stature. There a 5' women who are 130 n barely have an ounce of fat. So dont worry about your weight. Get toned you'll be fine. 1lb of muscle burns 50 cal at rest (food for thought).

Your current weight sounds almost perfect. Maybe a couple pounds to loose if you really feel the need, but that sounds right to me.🎈

Don't focus too much on the number. Instead ask yourself questions such as 'how often do I feel tired?' Or 'how often do I feel good' if you feel like you're hauling butt more often than you feel good then make adjustments to your diet (the foods you eat) and exercise routines. If you feel good the number on the scale doesn't matter in the least. Just eat healthy and try not stocking too much into what other people think your "ideal" weight is! Xoxo

I'm 16 and also 167cm and I weigh at 58 kg and my ideal weight is 60 so yeah. I'm fine an you sound fine too.
