Woke up this morning and stepped on the scale and it was 122 for the 3rd day in a row, so im *officially* owning it. Thats after having my 4th child in September and being 160 after i had him. I only have a few more pounds to go to get back to my pre baby body. I feel absolutely amazing and even more motivated to stick with my diet and workout program! Slow and steady really does win the race! )
