Just to get my body in shape !!

Looking to get bk to 225 w less then 10% body fat :-) . Was 250 w 8% body fat about 5 years but heart attack caused by sheer mass had Dr telling me my heart can't handle the load, so thinking 25lbs less w lil more body fat n I should b good. Roofs for 3 years triple stacking w no breaks also had a big part of it so under Dr observation I'm doin it naturally this time :-)

You can't replace muscle with fat. First you burn the fat. Then you build the muscle.

Ok i was actually thinking about trying the HCG diet shots. But i rather do it the natural way. My sis was taking it & lost 25lbs in a week in a half...along with a 500 calorie diet... Such torturing... But good luck with your weight loss...

Losing weight can be fun it always best to do it the natural way because if u cheat u still gonna be about the same lifestyle u gotta change that if not thats how people gain the weight back...

There is no HCG in the over the counter products.  The only way to get the real HCG is at a clinic that gives you the shots.
