I think it does actually help with working out in a way. If you play it enough it'll help. Everytime I play I sweat a lot lol

I used to lose weight and get in shape with my kids. It works if you really follow the moves and pick up tempo songs. Go for at least five songs per session.

Yes! If you really go for it you begin sweating, losing your water weight:-)

I Love just dance..its my faivorat cardio cuz i like fun workouts..& sometimes if u do the dance as they do it correctly..u ill feel some muscle engagement
