We can all do it together. I tried it on Saturday and its really hard. I think it's mostly for people who wants to lose a few pounds for an event coming up and people who probably don't work out. I say people who don't work out because you're hungry and it's hard to use energy that you don't have. We have to fuel out bodies. We can try it out on Saturday. It's alot easier when you don't have work as a distraction. Sorry, Qd I don't have yahoo messenger.
