As a military wife I laughed out loud the first time I heard someone mention the military diet! Boys in the army are fed the worst food!! Nothing fresh, powdered eggs and toast that legit can cause serious intestinal issues.
Also after looking it up a few weeks a go, it's a quick fix starvation diet and won't produce lasting results. You will not be getting enough calories, protein or vitamins and minerals to sustain yourself for longer than a few days.
It's best to find a diet you create that works with your life and provides lasting results. Avoid fad diets as they are, like I said, quick fixes to weight loss and not a proper lifestyle change that people looking to lose weight need.

I tried it and I think it is a good way to start off dieting because it shrinks your stomach to the right size instead of always stuffing yourself. Then after your body gets use to it start a healthy diet. So you'll be eating healthy food just not over doing yourself. And drink lots of water! Hope this helps.
