People usually underestimate the things you can do at home to help you lose weight..
If you're looking for a flatter stomach and you have access to a computer, I'd suggest you go to YouTube and look up P90X ab workout. There will be a video of two guys working out, it's about 20 minutes long.
I've been doing that workout for about a month and I've seen quite a few results.
Pretty much, the video is all about ab workouts.. It sucks at first, but after you do it for a week or so, your body gets used to it and you're not as sore.
And no, I didn't change my diet all that much. The only thing I stopped completely on is soda and fast food. Cutting down those two things alone will help lose weight.
