Im trying to tone and lose these horrible love-handles before prom or im not going.:/

I love to eat and cook and what I have learned is eat the fresh stuff because your body processes it better. Also drink lots of water it helps flush out the bad stuff and can actually make you feel full! Never just stop eating, it makes your body freak out and it's not healthy

I'm having a problem with belly fat and plus my body shape makes it hard to find a dress so I need to lose this belly fat so I can get my dress

Do cardio for 30 mins then weight train 30 mins.

Thanx i do 42min of elliptical cardio, an hour of weight training and 30 mintues of lunges push-up squats etc! I dont mind working out its my eating. I dont eat healthy enough.

I like to eat too but what helps me to is not cutting out all the "bad" food. I stayed away from fried foods those have most fats in them. I eat grilled chicken and veggies, eggs, sirloin steaks, sweet potato (little to no butter) get the my fitness pal app, that will help :-) when I was loosing weight I would Ben 400-500cals (workout 6x's a week, Sunday rest) and eat 1500 I lost 20lbs in 2 moths (my workouts were high intensity, insanity) eat healthy as much as possible but treat yourself once every three days but stay in your calorie range
