Losing weight is all about balancing diet and exercise. You have to consume less calories in a day than you're burning off, completely stay away from fatty, salty, processed foods and stick to a diet with lean proteins/meats, and veggies, boost your cardio on a daily basis (the key to weight loss is lots of cardio!)
It's not terribly difficult as long as you have a plan and stick to it, motivation is so necessary!
