Im going on a cruise in about 3 months and I want to lose belly fat to feel better about myself. What workouts should I do, and what should I eat and stay away from eating? Thanks for all help I really appreciate it
Hi Jeremy, I would look into reducing your carb intake and start a high intensity work out. This can be running, circuits, bodypump etc. Personally, I don't think cardio alone will shift the stubborn fat in that area. And forget sit ups/crunches etc.. They will not shift the fat. You need to do something that really gets your body burning fat at a high rate. I don't know your fitness levels, so consider that before starting. Good luck.
Thanks for all the advice! And my fitness levels can be high its just I eat very unhealthy but I'm ready to make a change. I'm a 17 year old male, ill keep track of ky results and let everyone know. Starting out at 200 lbs

I lost a lot of weight over the last year, by using some of the work outs on skimble 3 times a week and sensible eating. You don't need to go mad, but try and stick to 3 square meals a day. I'm sure you know what not to eat. Sadly the KFC, pizza etc has to go. Try and cut down on sugar too. No beer, fizzy full fat coke, sugar in your tea etc. Sounds like fun doesn't it? Trust me, as the weight comes off you won't care about fatty foods, you will be fighting all those girls off. Good luck.

Well im workn on losin belly fat myself by searchn for everything workout that consist of losin the belly,like Whole Belly Blaster,All Around Abs,and Abs Attack it definitely helps trust me!
Same here with tje belly fat. I have found that planking and running works really well. Its hard but the benefits are worth it!
