Hello all I am newly found lazy ass recovering from this bad habit. My laziness is not due to lack of working out but its due to lack of exercise balanced with healthy eating. I want to know the proper balance between healthy eating and excercise I know it 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.
Can I really loose weight with just working out the 30 min minimum a day recommendation? I hv a friend who dropped 35 pounds in a few months and all she did was change the way she eats. No exercising at all. Is this possible for all ppl or is she just lucky?
