Office Exercises & Stretches I recommend this. I always use it before hockey games and when I get on the Ice I'm very loose

Try butterfly stretches any type:  touching your toes while sitting multiple times its ok if you don't get to your toes the first time and sit on the ground and try to do the splits on the ground however far you can an try to put your elbows and arms down in front of you and don't feel bad I still am working on it 😓 and just keep working on those and other normal stretches Added in between an you will get there. I haven't searched on this app, but yoga is awesome at stretching. And very soothing and it'll get you drenched in sweat so it's not just for girls. Oh but looks like you are one so no issues there.

I did this thing called the bridge that I did in cheerleading and it helped but its hard to do lol
