Sounds u guys needs a good massage, i like using a foam roller to rub out the knots n sore spots. Works great.

Its good to workout out every other day so the muscles will have time to heal and develope :)

There is a tip,I learned recently from a known fitness magazine and actually work:always do a cooldown after wokout and eat a fruit and rest too,gud luck
