Daily exercise in open area or in gym .
Best exercises are running , walking , swimming , cycling and gym exercises.
Eat vegetables and fresh food.
Use plenty of water and avoid beverages.
Use high protein and low fats.
Avoid fatty food, avoid late night meal.
Diet must be healthy,green vegetables,fresh fruits and their juices are so effective.
Drink 6 to 8 glass water.
Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
Get rid from depression and stress. Sleep proper.
