I need help!

I want to lose a little bit of weight and tone my stomach I had my son almost two years ago and I still have the baby fat from it.i weight around 125 or so.its not that bad but I want to lost a little bit of weight.i don't eat veggies unless its corn on the cob or salad.but I'm wondering what's good and healthy for me to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner also snacks.im trying to cut down on soda and junk food too.i heard shakeology is good but idk if I want to spend the money on it.also what are some good works that I can do?if u have my fitness pal add me and please tell me what I'm doing wrong.my user name is cheychey10

Hi we'll if you whant to lose the whate u gaind, you can juice vestibules. There is a vege called kale and it is rilly healthy and I've ben eating it( it tastes fresh but on the sweet side). Hope this helps you!
P.s. u can juice the veggies u eat to!
