Try to eat more veggies and fruits and excersize twice instead of once a day. start with 15 min. i did this and i lost like 7 pounds in a week. good luck
The Day After Workout give this a try.. Should help ya burn fat and tone your midsection. Eating well will also help.. And remember not to be so self concious about how you look.. Just useless stress in which ya dont need.
