So u see .I may have belly fat and trying to impress bf .Hes having a pool party on next week monday. What should I do? All his friends will be there!

Well i see u cant really lose th belly until next week.but u have a way to make it look not full:)) don't eat at nights..and try to eat whatever u want to eat before 20:00 if possible .and remember to drink .it will help u trust me.u ll feel th differennce with th green tea.if u want it more effective .u can put 2 tea baggers on ur cup with water.but it ll be more like poison though :p

Try to eat more veggies and fruits and excersize twice instead of once a day. start with 15 min.  i did this and i lost like 7 pounds in a week. good luck😺

The Day After Workout  give this a try.. Should help ya burn fat and tone your midsection. Eating well will also help.. And remember not to be so self concious about how you look.. Just useless stress in which ya dont need.
