Well after workout sometimes i think wat can we eat???after workout what is healthy so arw workout wont be for noting WHY IS IT SOOO HARD ????

Milk contains protien which should help restore you muscles for tomorrows workout.

Eat fruit or veggies. Or just drink water a lot of the times our body thinks its hungry but your really just need water after shedding all the sweat!! (:

Eat alot of fruit like eat fruit in the morning and drink alot of water hope this helps
