So I've been working out after recovering from surgery and have been cleared for all types of exercise. So im wondering when do you know youre pushing yourself too hard? Does puking mean im pushing too hard or drinking too much water or.....? Wheres the limit?

To the point where you feel comfortable. I know bc im recovering from a ruptured achiles! Save the puke workouts for later. To puke only means your working ur ass off! Try yoga before and after running if you dont do physical therapy
