Losing fats

I just started working out to lose fats and build up abs . However i suck at running. Do you think it works if i start out by doing 5 set of 2min burpees and mountain climbers? Or any suggestions?

Jumping jacks 1000 a day and 10 min of planks. Then do 100 squats and finish with 100 crunches and sit ups.

Wow 1000 a day thats a bit much i do 50 and it kills me maybe you can start with a 100 50 in the morning and 50 at night for the first two weeks then work your self up the rest i agree with im doing that my self
